Our History
LNC was formed in 2015 by April and Scott Gaeta as a consulting agency for businesses seeking to expand into the government contracting market. During our early years, we specialized in the procurement and management of federal, state, and local contracts and offered expertise in market intelligence, opportunity identification, program/project management, compliance, strategic partnerships, and cooperative purchasing contracts.
We have since pivoted to operating exclusively in the cooperative purchasing space and have been awarded multiple Affiliate Compliance Management contracts through OMNIA Partners.
Contract 02-139 awarded
In 2022, we were awarded cooperative purchasing contract 02-139 dedicated to Affiliate Compliance Management (a.k.a. audit & certification). Our responsibility is to review vendor proposals prior to submission to public agencies, with the goal of ensuring scope accuracy and cost management for public tax dollar spend through September 2027.
Contract 160940 awarded
Building on our program's proven success, in 2026, we were awarded the next generation of the Affiliate Compliance Management contract 160940 with the potential of continuing through May 2033.
