Become an Affiliate Vendor
An Affiliate is simply our term for a vendor approved under one of our cooperative purchasing contracts. If you provide construction or facilities maintenance services and want access to public agency procurement across the U.S. — without chasing individual RFPs — this is how you get there.
A strategic partner — in a nationwide vendor network.
The term Affiliate is how LNC refers to vendors who have been onboarded onto one of our cooperative purchasing contracts. It's not a franchise, a membership organization, or a licensing arrangement — it's a vendor relationship associated with an existing, competitively awarded contract.
Once onboarded, Affiliates can respond to public agency procurement needs across the country without competing in individual RFPs. The competitive solicitation has already been awarded to LNC, on behalf of public agencies nationwide. Your job is to deliver.
Every proposal submitted by an Affiliate goes through LNC's audit and certification process before it reaches the agency. This protects both the vendor and the agency — ensuring compliance, fair pricing, and contract terms that legally permit public agencies to procure products and services directly from vendors.
